  • Upon full payment, ownership rights of the delivered work will be transferred to the client.

  • We may use completed projects or samples for portfolio purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

We respect the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific results.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project or agreement in writing.

  • Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work and any non-recoverable expenses incurred.

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
